   The worst experience ever from the yard. I went to pick up a length of 70×45 which was tied up at upper rack. The guys working at the yard are all very slack and it takes 10mins to get someone's attention just to get ignored and have to chase down to get some help. Finally got a guy who is willing to help and apparently it can only be brought down by a forklift which the guy who drives the forklift is on break so have to wait another 30min to get 1 length. All the guys are very VERY cocky and unwilling to help. Wasted my time and client's money

   Extremely frustrating experience with the paint department. Three people were involved and the outcome was a donut! There was no willingness to understand what I was asking for, and no attempt to find a practical solution. In the end, ChatGPT handled it faster, more clearly, and with far less stress. I bought my paint, but lest a question- why do you need sales assistants at the store

   Attended on-site to get the batten light. The store manager is even said that he can not plug in a light in the ordinary power point to check. I wanted to confirm what sort of brightness it gives . In my 20 years of visiting constellation store since it opened this is the first time I came across Bunnings staff as incompetent in providing . customer service. Really disappointed.    I go here primarily because I live close by but also because of the large range of items in this store from Building products to gardening. Plenty of Parking and you can drive inside For trade products. Good range of Tools, cleaning items, nail and screws, And a full paint department and timber Yard. Most staff are friendly and helpful inc Dean and Jaslyn both who went over And above my expectations in customer service.
