   They're usually pretty good here. I've bought several thousand dollars worth of appliances from here and the service is generally great. However I recently went there and the manager came over apparently to see me to decide whether to price match on a product that was over $2000, and then flatly refused to price match. Fortunately, the Noel Leeming manager was more sensible.

   I recently purchased a washing machine from this store, but unfortunately, it started leaking after I brought it home. The next day, I returned to the store to find a solution. I was assisted by Mark, who handled the situation very professionally. He quickly arranged for a replacement washing machine and apologized for the inconvenience. I am extremely satisfied with how Mark resolved the issue. His excellent customer service and prompt resolution made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this store for their outstanding service and will definitely shop here again. Thank you, Mark!

   To be told it would 180 dollars just to send broken laptop for a review of damage is absolute nonsense!! Post purchase Customer care basically non existent! Salesman just following a very bad customer experience. Perhaps tell the truth and offer customer options to contact vendor directly as I have done. The vendor has been excellent to deal with ( HP )

   Have been a cust6for over 15 years here last 2 visits I was pursued around store by staff I had told that I was just looking. After been followed and not left alone I left went to Westgate got what I wanted. I'll be driving extra distance to Westgate from now on. Much better

   I am giving my star rating based on the machines more than anything. I've been using the kiosk photo printing machines here for years. Time and time again, there has been a problem with them. They really needed to be updated, or the WiFi needs to be changed or sorted in some way. Regardless of that, the staff are always friendly and try and help best they can.

   I went to purchase a washing machine last week. Carl was very knowledgeable staff who knows the products very well. He explained different brand models and functions of washing machines. He was friendly and professional. Actually I also purchaded the fridge at this shop few months ago. The asian staff also very friendly and helpful. Great customer services.
