Love the Trade promotions they do and beautiful range of products. Didnβt know about free parking upstairs which is great for shopping. Great customer service from the staff as they helped pack things very well for me.
Had a great experience in Freedom Newmarket, purchased a new mattress for my daughter, the salesperson explained the 2 different mattresses we were looking at. made it easy and a quick choice for us. They were lively and had a passion for what they were selling. Very happy with our experience and purchase we made. Next purchase is a new sofa, we will be visiting Freedom again for sure.

Sheβs knowledgeable, collaborative and makes the entire process feel effortless. The store presentations are always inspiring. Beautiful layouts, fabulous products that hit the sweet spot between style and practicality. The store is genuinely an inspiring space that sparks ideas and makes buying for clients genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Really like the store layout. Easy to envisage a whole room- got me thinking about all aspects like the walls and lighting- not just the furniture. And great sofa and accessories range. The staff helping me offered some good advice on layout too.
Called ahead and the gentleman working put away and pre wrapped the toilet brushes my partner and I wanted. Was very helpful whilst helping another couple and also doing it on a Friday right before closing.
I bought a Tontine pillow at the Sylvia Park Freedom store. It was $44:99 tag, the assistant who was lovely and very helpful said $55:99 staring at the data base aka price listings I pointed to the tag, and she said that's the Australian price, I thought oh no, not a chance, The Assistant was professional, an absolute delight, didnt bat an eyelid, 44.99.They are still around.
Lost my delivery order twice. Still waiting for a resolve after 3 months. No products and $600 out of pocket since April.
I think itβs unacceptable to ask your customers to use the public toilet outside Freedom Newmarket. Probably wonβt consider buying from you for not having normal human decency when people are shopping in your store
Half a year delay with 3 emails sent to notify the delays. trying to understand why locally manufactured furniture has to take so long to deliver. store staff said will ask store manager to call back but got no responses and then I called again the same person answered saying store manager was busy. Wow what a perfect excuse to ignore a customerβs reasonable request! Funny enough: their voice message over the phone says they are aware of the delay, calling for people to be nice, in reality if people have to be not nice Iβm sure itβs never because of delay but their poor attitude and service. So Not recommend More to come: Managers come and go with Poor communication with customers and no response at all after they said they will come back to me. Then I called again, the staff said Iβm asking too many questions. Hilarious and shame on them! Not recommend at all will spread the word for sure so you guys can stay away from this terrible retailer or and its a terrible staff. They might have some good staff but awful in general Iβd say. A thank you to the Store Manager Summer Han who unfortunately has left.
This a a good sized store and all the furniture is nicely styled so this is a great place to go when you are looking for ideas. I wouldnβt recommend buying their leather sofaβs because they donβt use the best quality leather which means that they bubble and peel after a few years and they arenβt that cheap.
