   Useless. There is a very rude woman in your tech department that attempted to talk down to me which I didnt appreciate and also a male employee that when I asked him about the compatibility of a home system to cameras said yes they are, but upon getting home to install them they were not. Maybe research the product you sell more before you sell them as staff.

   Only giving five stars as Zia is awesome. I purchased a tv from this Harvey Norman 2 years ago and had some issues with it when turning on recently. I took the tv back as I had paid for the warranty and had some issues with the staff not picking up the issue. Also had a weird issue with one of the warehouse staff being super rude. Anyway I was given a store credit to replace the tv and ended up going into purchase a new one. Zia was awesome he listened to me and helped me pick out a new tv and ended up getting a soundbar and warranty as they had a super deal going. He was attentive but not pushy. I would recommend going in to see him if you are looking for anything electrical.

   Recently purchased a gas lift bedframe from Harvey Norman Westgate and it came with a faulty gas lift. The exchange process was so quick and smooth and it was a pleasant surprise for the manager, Ravi, to drive into the CBD to deliver the new gas lift to me when I wasn't able to go to Westgate in person due to work commitments. Amazing service and great customer care.

   Bought an IPhone and gave it for repair under warranty. It’s been a year now and we have not received it back. Consistently atrocious communication from your store manager’s. Always over promises and under deliver. Substandard and poor communication. I requested to speak to senior manager to complaint about this appalling service. It felt on deaf ears. I called twice today, admin manger once transferred my call to head office and the receptionist disconnected call after listening to my plight. Second time admin manger, promised a call back and again she failed to keep her word. Disgusting after sales service and disappointing to see that no one is interested in resolving this year old case.
