Came from out of town and visited the store today. Love the new layout with clothing in size sections which makes things way more user friendly. Sections labelled well and clearly marked. Staff were super helpful. Good, fair prices and huge selection and variety of stock. Relaxing shopping experience. Scored some awesome bargains. However definitely needs a second till running for busy periods. Will definitely be back again.

I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment after my recent visit to your Henderson Hospice Shop. I came in to donate a selection of items, many of which were in excellent condition and included well-known brands such as Deadly Ponies. A few items were not in perfect condition but still had plenty of life left in them and were entirely suitable for resale in a charity shop.
Despite this, the blonde woman receiving donations was abrupt, dismissive, and frankly rude. She rejected the items aggressively, without any greeting, courtesy, or appreciation. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this same behaviour from her, and it’s extremely disheartening.
People who take the time to donate quality goods to support hospice care do so out of goodwill. To be met with such disrespect and ungratefulness completely undermines the spirit of a charity. If someone cannot treat donors with basic kindness and respect, they should not be working in a role that represents a charitable organisation.
I hope this issue is taken seriously, as the behaviour I experienced reflects poorly on the Hospice brand and the wonderful work so many others are doing under its name.

Lovely staff and the shop always looks great. Some of the women's clothes are on the wrong size rack, but they have a great variety of clothes, shoes, kitchenware and decor - I seldom walk out empty handed. Most tops and skirts $4 a piece, very reasonable displayed in size and colour order, fantastic!

Every single thing is way over priced. An opshop is made for people that are struggling, how does a place like this have jackets for over $100 and 20 year old drills for $50? This must be the most over full opshop in existence. The manager google searches the retail price then pushes a high price expecting to be able to sell it. Horrid
