She was extremely accommodating, warm, and so patient in answering all my questions, especially when the lipstick shade I originally wanted was out of stock. Instead, she suggested I try the YSL Lip Oil Plumper, and I’m honestly so happy with my purchase. Sherlyn has a smiling face and is genuinely great at recommending and upselling products in a way that feels helpful, not pushy. Exceptional service! Highly recommended. ☺️”

“Fantastic service!! Once again Esther & the team were amazing in their treatment. Given our current circumstances with covid-19 & lockdown etc I was expecting it to be much harder than it was. I had an over the phone consultation with Esther and within 2-3hrs my prescription was delivered to my driveway by a lovely member of staff who yelled out kindly from a distance. Thanks team! “My experience with Eastmed Doctors stretches over many years and I can highly recommend this practice. Louise de Candole, our GP, is excellent, caring, professional and thorough. I feel fortunate to have her as our GP. Lesley McLeod, her nurse is very experienced, caring and incredibly helpful. I have never had any issues with the reception staff, who are sometimes very busy, as are all the staff in the practice. This is how it is in our post-Covid world, where there is a shortage of medical professionals, across all areas of the health sector). I have always found that if you treat people with respect and the way you would expect to be treated, you will receive the same type of response in return.”

The sonographer had a lovely empathetic manner, was competent, and delivered just the right of information during the scan to give the reassurance I needed. I received a link to the app that evening and was able to see my photos/videos and the radiologist report.”

“I visited White Cross - St Lukes on the 12th Sept. From the time I arrived, everything was perfect. Sue at the front desk greeted me with a smile & was very friendly & helpful. The nurse was great & Dr Brandon Tsang was excellent. They went over my issues with "a fine tooth comb" and I walked out highly satisfied and pleased with the treatment I was given. From walking in to leaving, it would have only been 45 min to an hour max. Great work White Cross - St Lukes!! 10/10.”

“My dog needed some medication urgently. The vet had called 4 chemists already. The vet called Chemist Warehouse Henderson. This was on a friday afternoon...They only had 1 of the urgent prescriptions we needed however Chemist Warehouse Henderson offered before we even said we would come to get the other which they had to order it in for us and would be there the next day... True to their word it arrived there just after mid day and gave me a call. Thank you Warehouse Chemist Henderson. They were the only Chemist that offered out of 5. So 5 stars for you guys. Much appreciated”
