   The pharmacy is just terrible , every time we take in a prescription we are told 10 minutes . The waits are usually longer , today being 25 minutes. Always long lines of people waiting to pick up prescriptions. And all but 2 of the staff we have engaged with are downright rude Checkout, usually has 3 or more people milling around, but generally only 1 or 2 serving.

   The old Asian lady at the counter was so rude and unhelpful! I decided to walkout of the shop without buying anything. If your staff are stick of telling people your sale if over, maybe they should save the attitude and invest the time to take down the 50% SALE sign that’s being advertised right out the front of your store doors. Pretty misleading! I ended up going to Bargain Chemist instead, which actually worked out to be cheaper anyway.

   Normally I don't give out positive feedback on Google but today I have such a great experience with Chemist Warehouse Birkenhead. I came for beauty box when you spend more than $99. I took my time but the staffs was so lovely and helpful. Everyone is smiling and so nice to me. I got the last beauty box. I am really thankful for it, specially to 2 cashier Asian ladies. Wish you all the best. Cheers

   Two stars for clean store and decent prices. Was heavily let down by service from newer staff. When I asked about where to find a particular product after doing a walk around the store (shows product was available online in this particular store) two of the retail assistants at the checkout simply answered with “I don’t know” and “I have no idea”. Not knowing is all good, but I was pretty surprised as the staff did not follow up with reasonable action, like actively checking with another more experienced team member.

   Bought an electric tooth brush, the tooth brush didn't work straight from box. Took it back straight away. They told me to wait until they send it to manufacturer who would then decide if broken or refurbish/repair the tooth brush. In the good old days, thats a replacement straight away - I dont know if this is chemist warehouses policy across all stores or just this particular one - so be careful, maybe buy from the warehouse or anybody else who offers a good return policy. Its a tooth brush - for gods sake. I will never purchase from them again.
