   The doctors here are friendly, warm, and highly experienced. There’s even a Chinese-speaking gynecologist. If you have any concerns, don’t feel shy — the reception staff are responsible and always ready to help you.

   Dr was amazing but she’s totally let down by an incompetent office team. Series of screw ups from day one caused me a great deal of stress I could have done without. They are also quite offhand at times and make you feel as though you are a pain in the neck when really they just need to get their act together. Some serious customer service training is necessary.

   I have had the most lovely experience for my first time seeing a gynaecologist and getting an ultrasound. I felt so comfortable and safe. The most friendly service, I have felt so heard looked after and the communication has been amazing. Things have moved so smoothly.

   Omnicare is a lovely clinic in remuera. I met with Dr Angela Cross. The staff were lovely, she is very friendly but I didn't feel that she really looked into my problem. She took my results from few years ago and suggested 3 options. I get migraines close to my heavy periods and she suggested a pill that contain both progesterone and estrogen. I went for a 2nd opinion and was told I should not take it if I get migraines. Wasn't quite satisfied that no scan was done even though I complained about pain/cramps. Would look for a different gynaecologist in future who is more thorough.

   Dr Chern Lo is very professional and caring, I have been treated well and totally trust her. Anytime I have called reception staff or dealt with any other admin staff they have been kind, friendly and helpful.

   I have seen two of the doctors here and both were dismissive of my symptoms, almost annoyed at having to see me and one even suggested my pain and symptoms were all in my head despite having already had a diagnosis and excision surgery of severe endometriosis. I was told I was wrong and given misinformation about endometriosis best practice which thankfully at that point in my journey, I had learnt enough myself to identify. This is case and point of why unfortunately women have to become experts in their health issues in order to advocate for themselves and find the best care. This is not it.

   Very rude and disrespectful staff member. I made a call trying to find out whether I could make an urgent appointment due to post operation pain. Staff member laughed out loud and said “That must be a joke!” They were fully booked. Made me feel so awful, I won’t be returning to this clinic.

   i had a great experience with dr. lisa meyer she is lovely, professional, explaining every procedure of my scan. she is warm and i feel at ease with her. same thing goes to enya mcpherson very professional and lovely. the receptonist are warm and friendly. the place is clean

   I would like to thank Dr Angela Cross, Maggy and the other wonderful staff at Omnicare. Today I had an appointment with Angela Cross. She was such a lovely caring woman who made me feel very at ease. I left feeling very informed and reasured. A great feeling! When making the appointment Maggy was so understanding and helpful. Getting back to me and helping me with my appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. A pleasure to work with.
