   I visited Chemist Warehouse Pakuranga today with a health concern I felt really shy talking about. Sharif, the pharmacist, was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. He created a safe and comfortable environment without making me feel judged or embarrassed. His guidance and approach truly made a stressful moment so much easier.    The staff here are unbelievably lazy — especially the retail side. They never pick up the phone. Even when the pharmacist transfers me over, it just rings and rings. But the moment you walk in, you’ll see a whole group of them all chatting in Filipino like they’ve got nothing else to do. If they’ve got that much free time, maybe try answering a customer’s call for once.

   Today my son got tooth extraction. I got prescription to buy a paracetamol bottle for him. We came directly to the chemist from dentist as my son was suffering with pain. I gave the prescription to the pharmacist on duty. I waited there. They took half an hour and still I was waiting. When asked, stated that they kept for checking. My son was crying in the car with pain. Is it because a free prescription? Or if they value customers who come and perfumes??

   Honestly reckon Julen or whatever her name is should just step down from her job. If she knows she can’t handle slow customers then I don’t think being in a customer service job is suitable for her. I really don’t mind if she rolls her eyes at me but to someone who’s over 60, either she learns to be patient or just quits entirely. Restocking staff was great though, real helpful and went an extra mile to come back and help us

   If you want to get racial profiled this is the place to be at, to the lady with a headscarf on, next time don’t be so obvious that your following someone around the store!! 1. If you had a problem with me having my hood on my head, please ask me to take my hood off! I wouldn’t of mind taking my hood off. 2. If you had a problem with me having my own shopping bag, please ask me to use the chemist warehouse baskets BUT DONT FOLLOW ME AROUND THE STORE AND MAKING IT OBVIOUS, YOU ASSUMING THAT IM GOING TO STEAL SOMETHING, it’s not nice being racially profiled, and when I approached you and the security you all of a sudden acted like a victim! Please keep that same energy when you get approached, cause I could have racially profiled you but I didn’t. To the security, next time have a better excuse! Cause ur excuse was lame just like your mate following me in store. Don’t judge someone by the clothes they wear, cause u clearly don’t know what they are going through. I definitely won’t be coming back and I warn anyone that dresses out of the ordinary be prepared to be profiled.

   Just been into the Chemist Warehouse Pakaranga Brought a very expensive vitamin that is money back guaranteed also advertised on TV as a ChemistWarehouse advert the product money back guaranteed by the Chemist Warehouse the product upsets my stomach too it back after 2 weeks for a refund This horrible Mohammed kept arguing and arguing with discrediting what I was saying trying everything to not honour our the advert, what is written in bottle and what the store person told me at the time of purchase . I told them to call the head office as he kelly segueing with me and trying to discredit me . I said again after 10 times call your head office they will confirm the advertising . He said I don’t no what head office phone number is this is the head chemist Mohammed This girl then picked up the phone and she also denied there was any advertising by Chemist warehouse about the product and money back garantee Eventually she called This was there answer they do advertised but it is not them that advertise it is the company I said that is false advertising as not at any stage of that advertising is it saying it is the company it has Chemist warehouse logo and website all over the advertising does not say on there advert money back garantee via the company that makes it You are a dishonest trading company and won’t deal with you every again Don’t need your free scripts get them else other than any Chemist warehouse despicable dishonest trading once again

   The worst chemist warehouse I have ever been. They are new but with very poor service. I ordered the naisal spray online and collected two days ago. I didn't open the package until I got home. The naisal spray was expired 3 months ago in October 2022 as shown on photos attached. I had to go back to exchange it. The so-called manager said she could only exchanged it. Then she came back and told me all the stocks were expired. Then she can only refund me. She never said sorry for the whole process. Waste of my time to order online, collect and went back to exchange. Very rubbish Chemist Warehouse. Will never go back again. DO NOT WASTE OF YOUR TIME TO GET EXPIRED PRODUCTS.

   Had a quick stop by after lunch. Friendly staff and they had quite a lot of items on the shelves. They probably have most things you'd need from a pharmacy like their other branches.
