    I brought a T-Zone blemish patch on sale for $7.99. I used it on the same day and believed the product to be faulty as it wouldn't stay on my face and peeled off horrible and more embarrassing, I took it back still wearing one that was falling off to show them. Faulty product I told them they didn't take me seriously, they got me to fill in a report about the problem and that's that. I went back to see if they are still selling them and yes. Not good chemist warehouse.

    I would like to commend Chemist Warehouse Westgate staff member, Rayann. Despite being busy to her stocks yesterday, she did not hesitate to assist me in finding the products I needed. She was very helpful and accommodating. Employees like her are a great asset, keep such staff in your team. I really appreciate that Chemist Warehouse keeps prices low. It makes shopping more enjoyable and encourages me to purchase more when products are affordable. I hope the store continues to offer great value, as this is one of the main reasons I enjoy shopping here!

    Worst experience ever!!!! I went to purchase some headline lotion today at 15.00pm. I intended to buy the product, so I opened the box to ensure all items were inside as previously I've returned home and items ie lice comb was missing. I have a house full of mokopuna I don't have room for errors . As I checked I heard a voice saying "you cannot open the box" you will have to buy it. She's not next to me she's an aisle away. She looked at me like I was stereotyped, I looked up and replied "can u hear that noise?" She continued to say it again, are u going to buy that, u should not have opened it. So I calmly walked up to her (the Floor Supervisor) and said "I am buying this product". I'm having a bad day can u please leave me alone. Oh no she didn't!!! She continued to follow me around the store taunting me while I'm looking for my daughter and mokopuna who were in the baby aisle. You opened the box, you have to buy the product, are you buying the product, are you buying it? You'd clearly see everything on store camera. By this time I was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, I looked around and seen two female staff members standing near the perfume, I asked them for help. They looked at me like stunned mullets. I've raised my voice by this time. I see the security guard so I asked him to help, this lady is harassing me, can I speak to your Manager please. It's Saturday no Manager til Monday, and it's my first day. Unsure of the process. The Floor Supervisor who turned her name badge around when I asked her for her name., continues to argue with me and without a doubt, she verbally threatened me in front of the Security Guard. She would take me outside and knock me out!!! Then continued to say look at you, your old enough to know better??? I stated again, I'm having a bad day can u leave me alone! We continue to argue as Im waiting in the checkout . I'm in tears, I'm so angry! The lady next to me at the counter, asked if I was okay and gave me a hug. Calmed me down so much. Not one of your Westgate Staff came to assist or calm the situation down. I pay for the product. Raudo the Security Guard did his best as he managed to calm me down, by then I'm in full tears and full of anger. And your Floor Supervisor is still arguing with me at the door in front of the security guard, your staff and all your customers. I'll be calling on Monday to speak with your manager.

    I purchased a product from this store that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, the staff refused to process the exchange. Their excuse? They didn’t know the return policy for faulty items. That is completely unacceptable. Knowing your return policyβ€”especially for defective productsβ€”is the absolute minimum standard for customer service. It felt like they were just trying to avoid responsibility. I will not be shopping here again and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this store.

    Purchased a faulty item and try to refund in store. They took it back for investigation and told me to wait at home. After 3 weeks I have not heard from them and they never pickup phones or answer emails. I came to the store several times but no one knew what is going on and just tell me to go home and wait. This is against consumer law and their behaviors are illegal. Will never go to that place again.

    Tried to return a product where the wires had come out after 3 months of use. The manager said there is no warranty on the product (there is a 1 year warranty), they were quite rude and obviously have no idea about the consumer guarantees act. I couldn't be bothered to continue arguing with them so will try get my money back directly through the company. Chemist Warehouse Westgate have no idea of their obligations!

    Bad experience tonight trying to return a faulty product. Staff were insistent that I sort it out with the product supplier, despite that I bought it directly at chemist warehouse. Manager got involved and eventually they agreed to a replacement. Staff might want to familiarise themselves with the consumer guarantees act and understand their responsibilities under this act.

    So the pharmacist incorrectly fills my prescription (that alone should be concerning), then proceeds to get stroppy when told she had made a mistake, tells me I'm wrong, I show her the mistake on the original prescription, no apology, then gets mad that I'm frustrated when she tells me it can't be done straight away. Read the script properly in the first place and if you're corrected, apologise and sort the problem.

    I ordered 4 items online, my credit card was debited immediately. it took 14 days for only 1 item to be delivered and when I made a complaint I was informed that 2 of the items ordered are out of stock and the 4th item is on its way. 3 weeks have now passed only 1 item delivered and no refund received. If an item is out of stock why does the system allows for it to be ordered? shambolic system and shockingly bad service. will never use again
