Sir, I respect your prompt reply , however, it would have been great if the respective personnel who had been interacting with me were pragmatic and slighly fair. As the request is lying with IFSO and awaiting a discussion in the presence of an independent reviewer , hopefully the Insurance Agency's staff should not be just taking in appropriate decisions on their own and taking actions which have not been advised by the IFSO nor discussed with the customer. I uunderstand and agree i cannot discuss much details on a public platform , but just wanted to say thanks for your prompt reply and atleast express my concern so that someoone hears it , hopefully . I have been waiting for the IFSO to get back for almost more than 3 months now, hence the frustration , the discontent and suffering & Unfortunately the IFSO seems to be short staffed and has been sending emails stating that they have a long que of complaints and have suggested wait times Terrible service. Some staff try to mislead customers and take advantage of their health situations, focusing only on collecting premiums instead of providing genuine support. When challenged with medical facts, they avoid responsibility and treat customers unfairly and rudely. Completely unacceptable, especially as my case is still under review with IFSO, the Ombudsman. I wish to formally raise concerns regarding the conduct of certain staff members. Their approach appears to prioritise premium collection over fair and reasonable engagement with customers. In my case, staff attempted to take advantage of my health situation, failed to engage logically or in line with medical evidence, and resorted to dismissive and unprofessional behaviour. This conduct is deeply concerning, particularly as the matter remains under review with IFSO, the Ombudsman. I request that this be investigated to ensure customers are treated fairly and with integrity.

I have been with Pinnacle Life insurance since 2011. I've never had any problems with them. I recently had to get a early termination due to health conditions. Payout was very fast. I thank you very much for that and it has helped take a lot of wait of my shoulders to get me a plot. I would definitely recommend you to anyone that might ask me if I had any problems as no paid out in a couple of days. Thanks to all the staff members I've had contact with since I've been with you.

Was very happy with Pinnacle life. The cost and cover was exactly what I needed at the time. Though I have moved on due to having a different need now I would still recommend Pinnacle life to anyone needing cover that is cost effective.

Iām very disappointed with my recent experience at the Auckland Home Show on Sunday, September 8th. I was initially reluctant to engage since I already have life insurance with Partners Life, but the salesperson assured me that they could offer better pricing than my current policy. Although I mentioned that any potential savings might be offset by loading based on weight, the salesperson convinced me to proceed, suggesting that I might still get a better deal. I answered all the health questions to the best of my knowledge and informed them of my intention to sign a consent form for full access to my medical records from my healthcare provider, as I did with my existing insurers. This was to ensure any additional conditions I might have missed could be properly assessed. I was told I would receive a call within a few days to continue the process. However, when I did receive a call, I was instructed to obtain and send my medical records from my healthcare provider at my own expense. I find this situation frustrating and feel that my time was wasted at the Auckland Home Show.

I have been a long standing customer with Pinnacle for over 10 years & have had funeral cover for my late mother, the payout was a quick & easy process, however they no longer offer this as an option anymore. The staff are always helpful & friendly each time I call or communicate via email, I found Eddie very pleasant to deal with over the phone I get him, I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

I keep geeting emails from Seniors Funeral Insurance (owned by Pinnacle Life Insurance) and want to unsuscribe - I can't recall ever subscribing! but there is no unsubscribe button. It's very annoying, I get heaps of emailed rubbish, virtually on a daily basis, but don't seem to be able to get rid of this one . PS I only added a star because I couldn't post without adding it!!

Everything went through well it was easy, i did alot of researching before deciding which insurance company to go with but i have applied to 2 different companies mainly trying pinnacle as it is the cheapest but bare in mind it has a reasonable financial rating which maybe of concern. Pinnacle is the cheapest out of all the insurers. Their financial rating is B by A.M Best stanadrds which is described as being 'Fair' or S&P rating of A- which is described as being 'Strong/Good'. I would keep an eye on their financial ratings just incase they drop to below B then that would be of a major concern for me atleast.

I asked the customer service rep to stay on the phone with me while I completed the application, I was 50% through and kept running into questions I needed clarification with. I asked if she couldn't stay on the line or if she could she call me back in five minutes. She said I could call her back instead. Sorry, this isn't good enough, I shouldn't have to chase a rep to buy insurance. This just tells me that should my family or I ever need to claim on insurance its going to be one long chase. I'll now go elsewhere.

Very easy process of getting life insurance -- even when my application had to go through underwriting due to family health history, I got a call the next day to get everything settled. The rates I got were very fair. I did extensive research before getting life cover and I know that they're still the most affordable. The 98% payout rate was what mattered to me more than the price. I've personally seen their claims process at work (another family member is insured with them) and I know that they're true to their word. At the end of the day, I want to make sure that my family gets the money to help them carry on.
