   After being reluctant for years about fillers and injectables, I was finally able to connect with Lin who was very patient and informative about all the possible procedures that I was interested in. She took the time to explain to me what would and wouldn’t work for me and the things that I needed to consider. I had my first ever chin filler done with Lin and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks Lin!

   Popped in today to pick up a prescription and had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and the service was fast — I had my prescription in under five minutes. The pharmacy was clean, welcoming, and a huge step up from the Chemist Warehouse downstairs that I went to initially. I’m so glad I remembered this pharmacy upstairs. Highly recommend coming here instead — so much tidier, friendlier and such a better experience overall! Would rather pay $5 for the better service and experience. Thank you!

   I visited Life Pharmacy Newmarket yesterday looking for some specific products I couldn’t find elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. While I was browsing, I needed help finding the right size of a product, and a lovely staff member named Leela kindly offered her assistance. She went above and beyond, checking the stock room multiple times until she found exactly what I needed. I truly appreciated her support and dedication. I left the store feeling very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Leela, and the entire team for such a great shopping experience! Highly recommended!

   Unfortunately I had a bad customer experience with an older lady on the phone, as someone who has worked in retail for 4 years I know a thing or two about being a friendly and helpful sales assistant. Although we were having reception issues the older lady did nothing to help the situation and hung up on me mid-conversation. This is extremely unprofessional and I would expect better from a pharmacy. Yet seeing similar reviews on this site, with this pharmacy having a 3 star rating is not surprising. The younger lady that ended up helping me in the end was very friendly and proactive. Maybe some staff issues that need to be addressed. (Also there is a mute button on the phone, I suggest you use it when discussing customers)

   Harassment and discrimination, I was with my brother testing perfumes, one of the customer service lady, was all the time going around looking at us suspicious, there was point were she was hiding and looking at us, I had to ask her if she is alright? Why that harassment? This behaviour is not acceptable, it is because the way we look ? Or the way were dressed? Not good enough to think we are decent people? We were just customers testing perfumes to buy the best option. I hope someone get in touch with this branch and let them know how to treat customers. Thanks.
