   Visited Chemist Warehouse Botany today to exchange an item, and one of the supervisors, Tracy, provided exceptional service. The exchange process was quick, smooth, and honestly way easier than I expected. Really appreciate her help.

   Warnings to everyone. Please read my comments carefully if you plan to go to this Chemist Warehouse. Otherwise you may suffer emotionally and financially. I received a $85 parking ticket for parking on the carparks outside this Chemist Warehouse. I have been a local living in the area for over 20 years. I didn't notice they changed their parking outside to 30 minutes parking. Being a regular customer to this Chemise Warehouse, it was a shame. I will go to the other chemist warehouse at Botany town centre. I will never go back to this Chemist Warehouse again.

   Worst customer service they work like a government department and would give you excuses any time if the day ...Dealt with staff Anisha her explanation was awful even explaining the urgency things didn't work... #chemist warehouse pls guys you need to coach staff and explain that if one customer out of 10 expresses time concern for medical pick up and shows no urgency you should respect the customer and not explain process..

   Sorry to have to post this review, but it's an honest reflection of the experience. We wanted to return a product purchased as a gift, brand new, sealed and unused, exact same condition and within their 7 day return policy, but Chemist Warehouse would not accept, so we are stuck with it. We tried multiple channels and there was no give or understanding for either a refund, store credit or product exchange. Apparently, they exchange for some people and not others, despite their self imposed decisions. Buyer beware. Next time I will definitely be shopping elsewhere. Unimpressed.

   Impossible communication. Called 12 times because nobody called back to see if med order has been received since they ran out of stock last week. The lady answering the phone eventually was curt and hung up on me when I asked when the order is likely to be in.

   Mostly ok, but I needed crutches and no one could get them down for me to see if they were suitable on a day I had a busted ankle instore. Asked them to call so I could come up and test them next day, never got a call. Had to get them from a different company. So yeah, not really happy with that.

   The security guard lady Flo.I have worked along side this guard and she is very good at customer service, loss prevention and will go beyond her dutys to make the customer happy. You get a A+ for awesome.Need more guards like Flo.

   First visit . Last visit . The guy at checkout ( Corey)has checked out . Such a sour dude . No hi, no acknowledgment at all. Grunted thru my service , asked if he was gonna give me a bag ( I bought 4 items ) he just picked up a bag and proceeded to act like it was such a big job I left ! Ridiculous how bad the service is in there. Other branches are not so bad but botany staff , wake up ! It’s not hard to treat ppl nice . I said hello , you didn’t . What’s wrong with this pic ?

   I was so happy to hear that finally this place opened locally. I loved visiting this shops in Australia. It's everything they say they are. Very well stocked and an abundant range. Staff are helpful and friendly. And the prices. Yes you definitely will save a lot of money. Very noticeable difference in pricing. This place has abundance of parking and well located.
