   NZ Post services may be HAVING A SURCHARGE from this Glendene pharmacy!!. I had a parcel weighing no more than 400 grams, and I think the price is excessive for a simple, non-urgent, and signature delivery. The staff simply looked at the parcel without weighing or measuring and gave the price of $12 as if they were pricing it by an estimate and a hit-and-miss basis. I walked out, went to New Lynn Pharmacy for the same service, and the price was $8 after weighing the package, which is for the same parcel and the same non-urgent and signature delivery service.

   If there was a zero button I would push it. I would never recommend this pharmacy for any customer service requirements. My daughter has just come out of surgery yesterday. she ment to be on bed rest. My mum was helping out with getting a prescription done for My daughter that is 8 years old . That I had to take her out of bed rest with being single mum.Why would you give her tablets . The prescription is dental prescription do your math. I explained the whole thing very nicely all I got was you can crush it up and put it in water . They were reluctant to redo my daughter prescription that she needed for pain relief . The pharmacist that rolled her eyes at me from distance was disgusting. When giving the right meds to me .I was very kind and said thank you . She was very rude very unprofessional asian lady I do not know her name but she said next time check the meds before you leave then we'll fix it . Discussing behavior. My daughter saw that . Never again well I come back here .

   We have been going here since it opened in the 80's and have witnessed the pharmacy go through new management througout the time and they've always been lovely! Today was probably the last time I will visit, because the pharmacy manager thinks she can make a comment about my mother leaving her prescriptions last minute, and then to state because "she has over 30 blister packs to make" am I supposed to be at fault that she now has 31 to add to their back log of packs to make? and what is last minute when she has the flu, am I supposed to time when she gets sick as well and call in to the pharmacy in advance to check if they need a hand with their work load so my mothers prescription can be processed too? just turned my morning sour.. if you just showed some empathy even when you're struggling with managing your team and getting things done its for free and only for 10 seconds because we your customers have come into get prescriptions and its your day to day job!

   Worst chemist I’ve ever been too, they don’t pick up the phone, they have a rude manner and terrible customer service and people skills. They also dispensed incorrect medication to me in the past.

   Terrible customer service! I placed an order for x4 telfast for kids as they are very hard to get at the moment and my order was immediately cancelled as you didn’t have them in stock. The payment of $101 went through and I have NOT received my refund of $100. It’s been 6 weeks and I have emailed you 4 times with NO reply and my partner has called you 5 times chasing up our refund! We still haven’t been refunded our money and kept getting told by staff that it’s going to get processed or there’s no manger in today. I would think that refunding a customer for payment for stock that you don’t have available would be a priority and completed immediately. I’m totally shocked by the lack of basic customer service and care. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this is just ridiculous!!!

   worst people to deal with, bought non prescription item from them and it took them 7 days to send it out. In the mean time I emailed them but no replies at all. if there was going to be delay it's not hard to just email the customer to let them know? plenty of other pharmacies to choose from, good bye.
