“Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. Atmosphere is so friendly and inviting! Well done Noel Leeming keep up the amazing work. Thank you for the great experience”

“Very organised and neat store. It's not huge like the Mega10, which is good as well as I could find what I'm after very quickly. Visit now for the opening deals, there are quite a number of items on specials! The garden area is not big but very clean, worth a quick stroll. Pop into the cafe for food and drinks, it's great and deserves our support.”

“This is a small little tea bar in the northwest mall just at the entrance. It's really gorgeous. The decor is stunning and service is nice. There is a huge range of tea and snacks. However the best tea is cinnamon and vanilla green tea. The prices are really good as well. Tea cups and teapots are fascinating. Definitely worth trying for all tea lovers !”

This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout.
