“I recently purchased a mattress from Bedpost. They've got a comprehensive and hygienic display room; available mattresses have a range of firmnesses, zoning and prices. I had visited a number of bed-stores in the Mt Wellington area with great showrooms too, but what really stood out to me at Bedpost was the fantastic customer service. I found it quite awkward trying out beds in other shops, but CJ made me felt right at home and encouraged me to try it out in store for as long as I wanted before committing to a purchase. This I found incredibly valuable as buying a mattress is not cheap! Additionally, he listened to my needs and was quick to point me towards some suitable mattress options in the showroom to try. He knew the details of each mattress off the back of his hand which made me feel well taken care of (especially because I had a ton of questions!). Notable as well is that Bedpost also has a 30-day trial to help with your decision-making, too. Once I made the purchase, the pick-up and inquiry process afterward was all seamless; the Bedpost team was always prompt in their responses and always did the best they could to assist. I would 10/10 recommend!”
