had a terrible experience at this store. I spoke to Mary over the phone about a product in a particular color — she confirmed they had it and told me to come in and ask for Benjamin since she would be on break. When I arrived, Benjamin had no idea about the conversation or the product. When I asked about Mary, he said she was on break and didn’t know when she’d be back — which I know isn’t true, as you do inform team when you go on break unless they do not communicate. I decided to wait for Mary and asked the team about payment options. None of the staff seemed to know much about finance options. Then another staff member, Jack, asked me about product protection. I politely asked what it covers, and he said you get replacement if any issues so I asked about my other product which i had issue with and noel leeming sent it for repair insted of replacement(that product had the sane amount range and I paid for product protection) he responded rudely with, “I do not know, Do you want protection or not?” — completely unprofessional and unnecessary. When Mary finally returned, she checked and told me they didn’t even have the product after all that waiting. I wasted nearly 50 minutes for nothing, and the whole interaction was frustrating and disrespectful. I immediately went to Harvey Norman afterward — got the same product easily, and the staff there were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Noel Leeming really needs to work on staff communication, training, and basic customer service.
Phone was faulty. Replacement phone was faulty - both within less than a week. Their take was we might refund you. They didn't. I still have a faulty phone and they don't give a sheet.
Very Good. Friendly personnel that were more interested in client satisfaction than making a sale. They didn't have what I was looking for and they promptly referred me to another store.
Noel Leeming, as a company, is a complete joke. They're unhelpful, don't know what's going on and leave the customer hanging without a care. Even had to get a refund for a television because they never deliver on time then second time round they tell us our guys are on their way but never show up.
Beautiful store with good selection of products. Outstanding customer service. Always willing to help.
