We went here today had the best customer services from the time we walked in until we left which was near closing time. At this stage we were just looking and deciding but all the staff were just wonderful!
Worst customer service. bought a fridge started making horrible noise, replacement came 7 days later. got a tv started rebooting in a loop within a month of purchase. it's been almost a week still not repaired and just got told it's going to take another week for a part to come from overseas. Got a washer and a heater, sales rep forgot to add heater in the delivery docket with washer, heater promised on 6th of jul came this week !!!.... No accountability and worst customer service after sales. Never ever recommend anyone to go !!
We bought our washing machine and dryer from here. There was a small misunderstanding with the salesperson during the sale but they managed the situation so well afterwards. Both the salesperson and the store manager were helpful and attentive. This has became our go to appliance store now.
Excellent staff assistance and a huge range of all sorts of goods at more than reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit before heading to the retail shops!
Just walked in on this store looking for a charger for my phone. 4 staff members hanging by the counter just talking between themselves, 0 customers in the store. I approach them asking for where i could find one. They looked at me annoyed that i interrupted their vital conversation and answered "not here try look in another store". Finding that hard to believe I just looked around the store myself and found them right away. Sorry for bothering, keep enjoying your conversation.
Store dirty staff not very knowledgeable, didnβt really know what they have. Pricing wise some prices are crazy and no room to improve. I guess the staff members here do not get sales commission but a base salary so that could be why.
Great deals, Awesome customer service experience, I made my decision on the appliance in no time. He who served me, provided me reasonable insights into the products that was on display helping me zero in on the one that picked quite easily.
Pretty good if you're looking for appliances. Can get a bargain, but it can be a bit hit and miss.
Good range on whiteware as well as normal tech products. Good prices to have on products that have minimal damage. Staff are friendly and cooperative in the times I have been in.
The clearance center is best place to buy, new or second hand products with reasonable good price. You can find all home appliances from variety of brands. Some brand appliances with minute defect can purchased at a good discount. You can take 5 year warranty for new extra bucks. So if your not sure about buying home appliances from unknown person this is a best purchase those things.
