“The night before I was flying back to Auckland I was walking past Weirs and I saw the most beautiful coat stand in their front window. Unfortunately, they weren't open until Monday and I wouldn't be there, however, in talking with Jayne over the coming days and she sent me photos of the coat stand, I bought it and it was transported up to Auckland. Weirs took great care in protecting the coat hooks, tiles and mirror for its journey north and having seen the coat stand up close, which I'd not done before I bought it, I am extremely happy with my purchase. It's a very beautiful piece of furniture! Thank you to Jayne and her team for your communication, care and organising the transport to me in Auckland. If only I lived in Dunedin, I'm sure I'd be a regular customer! :))”

Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Items in store rotate quickly so when you see something you like grab it quickly because chances are, it won't be there the next time you go in.”

“As I live an hour away from a Spotlight Store, I occasionally buy online. Todate I have had no problems, with everything arriving in record time. This time I ordered a dress pattern for recently bought material from there. As there was a buy 1, get 1 free, I quickly ordered 2. They had 1, which I got within couple days. Thought the other would follow thru, coming from another branch. A week plus later, I now have the other! Thank you. But I would check your courier for efficiency. Glad I didn't want it straight away. Other than that, I have had only ever had positive service from Spotlight Dunedin. The staff when visiting have always been accommodating as well.”
