One of the staff was on training so I watched him being trained and learned something while my battery was exchanged. Very detailed and safety oriented; from spraying to the contacts to ensuring that all electrical components were protected and working after the replacement, all done professionally. Got a great deal on the battery too. Highly recommend this store.”

His breadth of product knowledge is extraordinary and his ability to explain the differences between one product and another including comments about how they have been designed and the way in which they are intended to operate is amazing. Eric is also a great salesman and is very astute in establishing what the customer thinks they need and what they really need.
