“Great, friendly and supportive stuff. Needed a battery replacement and the boys sorted me out. One of the staff was on training so I watched him being trained and learned something while my battery was exchanged. Very detailed and safety oriented; from spraying to the contacts to ensuring that all electrical components were protected and working after the replacement, all done professionally. Got a great deal on the battery too. Highly recommend this store.”

“Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with a young chap named Eric at JBL Botany. Eric must be one of JBL’Ss top assets in the Botany store. His breadth of product knowledge is extraordinary and his ability to explain the differences between one product and another including comments about how they have been designed and the way in which they are intended to operate is amazing. Eric is also a great salesman and is very astute in establishing what the customer thinks they need and what they really need. I came away from Jay BL with my brand new over-ear earphones very delighted with my purchase and especially pleased to have been helped by Eric. Keep up the good work Mate!”

Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance.
