He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and easy. While completing the billing, Saraf was also training a new team member and explained everything clearly and confidently a great example of his strong leadership and communication skills. Overall, I was really impressed with his service and professionalism.”

One of the staff was on training so I watched him being trained and learned something while my battery was exchanged. Very detailed and safety oriented; from spraying to the contacts to ensuring that all electrical components were protected and working after the replacement, all done professionally. Got a great deal on the battery too. Highly recommend this store.”

“Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with a young chap named Eric at JBL Botany. Eric must be one of JBL’Ss top assets in the Botany store. His breadth of product knowledge is extraordinary and his ability to explain the differences between one product and another including comments about how they have been designed and the way in which they are intended to operate is amazing. Eric is also a great salesman and is very astute in establishing what the customer thinks they need and what they really need. “Profoundly upset & frustrated to learn that The Warehouse has been been strong-armed out of Milford Mall, despite the Group's offer of favourable financial terms & the overwhelming support of locals in the area. We are losing the ONLY outlet providing DIY, Gardening, Furniture, Crafts, Home/Kitchen Ware, Appliances, Tech, - to name a few. It's a lovely, peaceful place with delightful ambiance. Being not too up to date with tech, we had Dan at Noel Leeming’s Tech desk transfer all our files across to the new computer.
