I want to thank the staff at Glenn Innes On a Saturday my freezer died. Within 3 hours they supplied and delivered new freezer. This was exceptional service and staff were fantastic. Happy recommend and will use again many thanks John
My 1st contact by phone was with Mathew and he was great. We had several conversations and he went out of his way to find the answers to my questions. I couldn't have asked for a more informed Consultant. If he had not made such an effort to assist me i would not have made my purchase. My next contact was with Sachin when I went into the store to order my Appliance. Like Mathew he also went out of his way to answer my queries until I was comfortable placing my order. Outstanding service from them both. You would think thus is would be the end of my review but I have to include both Jarden and Shane. Who delivered and fitted my new Appliance and removed my old one. It should have been a simple process but because of the way my old washing machine had been fitted it wasn't. They were not fazed but just carried on and completed the job. They were great to deal with. When I buy my next Appliance I will specifically asking for them to do the delivery for me. My partner and I ordered a fridge, washing machine, Dyson vacuum and other appliances for our new house from this store. We planned, booked and paid for delivery 6 weeks in advance. We received a call the day before the delivery date, only to find out delivery was a week delayed. When the items were finally delivered their were items missing without any information about their whereabouts.
It's a great store to pick up a deal. Seconds are their main products all come with warranties and you will get great service. But remember they are all one off's so it's not a place to not pay a deposit to hold a prospective update for your new appliance. Therefore, if you have budget, and are in need. Take the decision maker with you to avoid disappointment if someone else beats you to the mark.
I've bought numerous goods from this store including oven, fridge, bar fridge, TV, small appliances and have had nothing but an excellent experience each time. Their advice is always v helpful and their prices are significantly better than what you get elsewhere. I didn't realise that they can order in new products, and even these are price matched or better. On the occasion that something has been missing or faulty, followup is quick and effective
Sachin - Store representative helped to get our beautiful haier fridge. He went out of the way as Auckland was out of the stock so he ordered us from Tauranga. Very efficient, professional and patient to show us around the store. He also gave good suggestions for other stuff. Very happy with the purchase and definitely going back for other items as well. Got an oven an a dishwasher today. Same price than everywhere else for the dishwasher (was supposed to be a great Matariki offer) but good deal on the oven. Happy with my purchase.
The worst customer service I ever had. We left 3 items on hold, and the team sold 2 of them and they were lying to us giving us another product, they promised to get us the item in the following day and contact us and never happened, we had to call them and visit them 4 times more, at the end I had to personally all the way to takanini to get our oven because they didn't even bother to sort out that, the worst team honestly, they lied to us, they tried to give us another item pretending we bought that one, they were playing with us giving us a time line that never followed and didn't gave explanation about it, the delivery was supposed to be at 2pm and they were pretending to come at 11am when we clearly said that we were not there at that time, no answer on phones, they said will call and never called back...
Sochi provided excellent service and his boss was caring and pleasant to deal with. Overall a good and stress free experience.
Helpful and price matched for a display model. Marked down as apparently was in perfect shape apart from a mark on the front, but found the metal tray on underside of washer was bent quite considerably and marked tiles getting into place.
