I had positive experience , easy to find what i required staff were helpful and friendly great customer service and support overall.
Went to this store .. Not willing to help . staff is very rude .. Guy name calld Tino . Don’t interact with him ..
Staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and got exactly what I needed.
The customer service representative refused to help change the battery without a full vehicle diagnostic. He said because there were warning lights, I could hold him responsible for any problem with my vehicle. I told him the warning lights on the dashboard were a result of the flat battery and that it is actually a very common symptom as the electrical system runs the warning lights. He told me we will need to jump start the car first and take quite a bit of time to diagnose any possible problems because he was afraid that I might hold him accountable. He used this as a reason to refuse service and was very quick to offer that I speak to his manager when I challenged the legitimacy of his diagnosis. After speaking to his manager for a while he returned and started testing my vehicle. He wasted a good half hour of my time before I finally asked him to stop. Another customer was kind enough to jump start my car in the parking lot. So I went to repco and got my battery changed out in about 10 minutes by much friendlier and more competent staff who truly understand cars.
I received very good customer service from a young girl. She was very knowledgeable and also very friendly and kind. Very rare to come across people like that.
Great shopping experience. Product I was looking for was available and on special as per advertised. Very friendly cheerful staff at checkout. Will definitely visit this store again.
Employee at this location was extremely rude with unnecessary comments. Comments such as "Better off next time..." and "...we're 5 minutes to close" and a negative demeanour that followed because they rather not want to setup a customer for success while the business is still open is disappointing. No person should be treated like their journey to the business was not made with effort. I don't wish the employee unwell, just more consideration of people who continue to try.
Give this lovely lady Marilyn a 5 stars she came outside to check my car and fitted both of my headlights as I went first to the help desk service for a unhelpful men there and he doesn’t want to fitted my headlight. He was blah blah but I said in Wellington Super cheap autos they are very helpful and can do anything for us when we go there.
