   GO TO REPCO MT WELLINGTON NOT THIS PLACE. HAPPY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND FLICK YOU OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE!! USELESS STAFF!!! Went in to grab a part, they didn't have in store so they had to order it in and would call me. They happily took my money and then forgot about me. Had to chase up and nobody knew what was happening. Just told me to ring head office for online orders. I DIDNT ORDER ONLINE!!! Staff in store will avoid you at all cost!! Staff at the front send you to the back of the store to order part but won't follow you to help so you have to ask another Staff who will begrudgingly come over. Nobody cares about you in this store. USELESS!!!

   I went in store to get a windscreen blade and fitted. I was asked to park in the Service area out the front of the store. I was then asked to hand over the car keys and get everyone out if the car. Including my sleeping baby. The team member came back and said the item was a special order and offered an alternative, which was fine. I am just wondering why I needed to hand over the keys and get everyone out of the car if it was only to see which wiper blade would be suited.

   Just had my wipers changed at this store. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Dex who fitted my wipers is really onto it and I'd recommend him for employee of the month for sure. Keep up the good work guys AAA+++

   Great, friendly and supportive stuff. Needed a battery replacement and the boys sorted me out. One of the staff was on training so I watched him being trained and learned something while my battery was exchanged. Very detailed and safety oriented; from spraying to the contacts to ensuring that all electrical components were protected and working after the replacement, all done professionally. Got a great deal on the battery too. Highly recommend this store.

   Looking for car paint mixing. Recommended by Repco, but they don't do it at the moment. No idea when they might recommended as staff member only works Saturday. Reason for low rating is because no effort was made to find out when they would start mixing again.

   Shout out to the Rowena, she has been amazing and has helped me so much. I needed to fix a few scratches for my car but could not decide the right DIY product to use, Rowena has helped me to had a close up look to my car carefully, and has helped me with all the stuff that I needed for my car, including helping out with the right paint colour.
