“Pretty huge iconic store in Manukau mall. It is an unsaid rule in our to visit this store if we are in Manukau mall. Ample variety of almost everything available. I or rather my better half particularly like the range of cosmetics. The kids section has a lot of variety. Some furniture and kitchen appliances also available but not a huge selection. The staff is helpful and courteous. Parking is not a problem since it is in the mall.”

“Kia Ora, just wanted to leave a 10 STAR review for a beautiful Tongan women named Taila she has such incredible customer service and her kindness radiates from her. When I first met her she was wearing a beautiful Kiekie (traditional Tongan clothes) for the week of the language, while assisting me in what to gift my partner she educated me on all of the things she learnt while barbering. The experience felt so personal and her connection felt so sincere it was like making a true friend. Will 100% be back again.”

“New World Botany is our favourite supermarket in Botany. My husband and I always do our grocery shopping there because New World Botany is very clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Karen who always helps customers pack their grocery nice and tidy in our recycled bags. She always greets customers and has a friendly chat with them too. There are lots of parking space at Botany Town Centre near Flight Centre. Lots of mobility parking lots are available for those who have mobility permit. We highly recommend you to go there and do your grocery shopping if you live in Botany or East Auckland.”

“I’ve been a regular at Encore for a while now, and my experience has always been fantastic. My mum and I both have accounts, and the staff has been incredibly helpful, especially on Saturday when they guided us through some of the new techy parts of the process. My mum struggles a bit with technology, but the team was so patient and made it all easy for her. At first, the new online system seemed a bit overwhelming, but now I actually prefer it. It’s so much easier than the old days of calling in for updates. Encore is truly a hidden gem! Every time I drop off clothes, I end up leaving with something new to add to my already full wardrobe.
