   Avoid this store. Bad customer servIce. I wanted to buy 1 item and was left waiting in line while others were served at the counter before me even though they weren't in the line. The person I was with felt like it was racism as I am dark skinned. Instead, get your Rodd and Gunn wear from David Jones just 50m away. There is a friendly chap who man's the Rodd and Gunn section there and you'll receive amazing service and stories from him

   We received fantastic customer service today from Thomas. We were welcomed into the store and Thomas was extremely helpful. He even gave us tips on laundering the products we purchased. Thomas successfully gave us the perfect balance of helpfulness without spoiling our shopping experience. We also received amazing service from the other gentleman staff member on duty today. We were both very impressed with our experience and would like to thank the two staff members responsible. Thank you, we really appreciated the five star service, you made our day ☺️

   Service was useless, they not willing to help no wonder the shop is quiet with three staff only one bothered to say hi. Asian lady very hostile in her customer service - she should be terminated from her employment contract due to her extremely negligent couldn't care less attitude.

   This is definitely the best branch out there! Very welcoming staffs! Very! Had my buggy with me but needed to go the second floor. IMEDIATELY she (not knowing her name) offered their stock room for them to lock out my buggy in order for me to proceed upstairs and continue shopping. Very welcoming ambiance and definitely will come back cause of the ranges of stock items they have got! Amazing! I'm happy with my time in there! Definitely not a waste!
