   In the past, Rebel Sport has been a great place with friendly staff. However, I was greatly disappointed by the way their staff behaved today. They were cold and unfriendly when I asked for help, and basically ignored me. As well as they were unfairly rude to some younger customers who were just minding their own business and not bothering anyone. An employee started yelling at them for no reason and told them to leave. The boys respectfully agreed and began walking out, but the staff member flipped them off. I find it embarrassing and disappointing that these boys were treated this way.

   Genuinely dreadful- ordered a click & collect nearly 2 months ago that’s gone missing. Several attempts (store visits, calls that take 20mins to get through, emails that go into a black hole) to find out what’s happening and nobody wants to help. Store says “call customer service”, customer service only calls the store and says they’ll call back, then don’t. No listed complaints process. So much wasted time. Absolutely useless!
