   The guy was rude over topping up two AT Hop cards on Sunday 8th. Both AT hop cards required $25 loaded onto each. One was loaded $25, the other was loaded 0.10c which my husband is furious that he couldn’t go to work at all. You didn’t even give me the $24.90 change and you damaged his hop card. Since you want to play that game, my husband wishes that you will be Ram Raided. We won’t be going back either, as your rude and want to rip my husband AT Hop Card.

   Unfortunately, I did not have warm customer service on the day I went in. I do not like to make assumptions but it felt impossible for me to ignore that as an Asian woman, I was ignored by every single staff member. Meanwhile, every other customer who walked in before AND after me were attended to immediately with a lot of enthusiasm. They were also all white. It was a very unpleasant feeling that I am highly disappointed to still be experiencing in 2020.

   I can see why many people complain about bad service in this store and the one on New Market. Most of shop assistants have no clue how to behave with customers. I wanted to buy a 400$ ring from store on Ponsonby. An assistant didn't care about selling it to me. She didn't know label's name or where it came from and what stone in it... I could see her getting lazy and annoyed by my questions. She didn't even make an eye contact with me. I gave her ring back, came back home and bought it on-line from official label's store. I do wanna support brands they sale, but I don't wanna buy it from store with such unprofessional service. I did come back to the store and found few very helpful assistants. Who actually care about place they work at... But it's only few. I would definitely recommend Superette to my mates. They do have good stuff, but don't expect a friendly or high professional service. Not worth it to waist your energy and good mood.
