    Very disappointing experience at H&M Sylvia Park. The promotion signs in the store were unclear and misleading. I found an item marked as 25% off, but at checkout I was told I needed to spend at least $50 something that was not written anywhere. After spending almost two hours choosing more items to reach $50, the staff then told me those items were not eligible for the discount either. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and the time I wasted made me leave the store without buying anything. This experience has really affected my trust in the brand. I hope H&M improves their signage and customer communication so other customers don’t face the same issue.

    I was expecting better from H&M to be honest. A lot of people I know shop regularly from here so decided to give it a visit as I was looking for a leather jacket. The men's section had very limited variety. Prices were okay but there was nothing that caught my eye. The fashion seemed very average. Staff members were not very welcoming and seemed heavily dependant on one other for the simplest of queries. I was tossed from one person to another. Customer service can be so much better. Not impressed!

    Well spaced store. Very modern and flash. Good range as well. I found it to be expensive compared to the Christchurch outlet. Hardly anything on specials. Can get extremely busy during peak times.
