   I visited the store after spotting something I liked last year. Billie offered me assistance, initially I declined and continued searching on my own but eventually asked for her help. She promptly paused her work and quickly found the item for me, as well as suggesting the complete outfit to try on. This is a shout-out to Billie, who is so helpful and lovely. Motto always ask for help, these girls know their stuff.

3. The Sweet Things in Life ★☆☆☆☆

   I had a terrible experience returning an item at Seed Heritage Ponsonby. The website clearly says returns can be processed in-store, but I was told they couldn’t process it and I’d have to wait up to 5 business days for an online agent. The staff claimed they had a different policy than the on the website. Other locations have been able to process returns on the spot. To top it off, they couldn’t give me any proof that I’d left my package with them. It’s incredibly frustrating to follow a store’s policies only to be met with inconsistant rules and poor service. Definitely puts me off shopping here again.

   Always shopped on Boxing Day at this location as I love this store and location. Rushed to the store today to pick up a dress I wanted, was at the doors at 5:07pm only for the staff member not to open already locked door and just show ‘sorryyy’ to me. I have checked the opening hours online, and had another 23 min to do the shopping I needed before I leave Auckland tomorrow. Honestly, super disappointed to find the store closed during their working hours just because someone wanted to go home earlier. WILL NOT RETURN.

   Highly recommend. Lovely customer services lady Polina made me feel so beautiful when trying on clothes and I know she was being very genuine. I will go again because the clothes are amazing. I spent over $800 on clothes for work and personal. Shop is nice and tidy and staff were friendly especially Polina. Thank you Seed Ponsonby. :)

   Yesterday I made a phone call about an item. The staff who answered my call was quite professional and efficient. She checked the system first and then looked for the item for me, finally gave me useful suggestions. I noticed that there were bad reviews about the terrible shopping experience, I fully understand, since I experienced terrible customer service in other Seed shop. The five stars are for the nice lady who served me by phone.

   That was the most horrible experience in this shop ever. Me and my mum visited shop the 14th of December on Tuesday and we’ve came for particular shorts. We could not find it for a while and I asked staff to help me and after 5min looking she said they don’t have it as I can see. We were very disappointed and in the end, by looking for half in hour, we found it BY OURSELF. W*fsorry? How are you selling products without any knowledge what you selling and what your shop have. Unbelievable! Another thing,that staff don’t even care about selling! I tried one T-shirt in fitting room and asked the same staff to help me find smaller size. She left and when she came back,she didn’t even came to me to say that they AGAIN “don’t have it”. She just stopped to talk with other staff about random things. I was waiting for her and looking like I have to check by myself or what? And when she realized it she said sorry,we don’t have it. I am not surprised in this time. I’m sure even if shop has it she didn’t even check properly. We are very disappointed about your service. Please,we would like experienced a good service as it was before. Thank you

   Incredibly terrible. I understand that work hours could change. But not making sure the google page is correct is awful. I drove one hour to get a jacket I very like to buy and staff can't let me in because they close at 4PM now. And I got there at 4.13PM thinking they close at 5pm. Will never come back.
