Great service from Amandeep. She went out of her way to ensure I left a very happy customer. A talented sales person, helpful friendly polite and very personable. Returned next day and served by Marshe. Also very impressed with her help and friendly manner.
Wanted to acknowledge the friendly staff who helped my 11 year old today. We walked in a few stores in Botany tonight - and were pretty much ignored. Delighted with the lovely young lady on today Thursday late night who greeted my daughter and listened to what she needed and found the item she has been wanting for a long time. Thanks for this! maybe didn’t seem like much but both staff members on tonight were attentive, friendly and helpful- well done just jeans.
Girls were friendly and helpful when I bought the two pairs of Jeans. I was unsure of the sizing and they just said to keep the receipt and bring them back if the size was wrong. After wearing them for a day I realised they were far too big and went to return them to swap for a smaller size but was told by another girl that they can’t because they have been worn. Not sure how you see if they are the wrong size without wearing them. Contradicting information your staff are passing on. It would pay to standardise this.
The store person working when I was there was awesome! Super friendly girl and more than willing to help me find sizes, find me different styles etc. Store was small but had plenty of stock and lots of jeans on the sale table.
Staff were so lovely today! I went in looking for shorts that they had packed up because they were clearance. The staff went out of their way to find them for me even though they were busy with their Black Friday sale. Most places would have taken the easy route and said they didn’t have them. Thanks so much A+++
Very disappointing response from the 2 ladies here today, at lunchtime. Went in the store after getting item details and pricing off their website. Asked for the same products in store and was told the prices on their website differ from what's in store. So each pair of jeans would be $119.00each as opposed to $69.00each online on sale. Crazy, as it's the same product. So left the shop went down the mall and purchased from their competitors and ended up spending $250.00 at that store. Suggest staff are trained so they have selling skills so they can talk customers into buying.
Went there recently and found the two staff on very friendly. They were very patient with me and my Dad and found him the different sizes he needed to see which size he actually is (it's been so many years) and then helped to find the range of colours available in that size, brand and style for Dad to choose from. They asked us how we were doing throughout the process, but were not hounding us every step of the way and gave us time alone to try things on and think.
