I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store yesterday when I came in to purchase a fragrance. Although the salesperson did show me some products, their attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. It was clear from their behavior that they assumed I wouldn’t be making a purchase — an attitude that I found both unprofessional and disrespectful. It is unacceptable for staff to judge or make assumptions about customers based on their appearance. Every customer deserves equal respect and attention, regardless of how they look or what they might appear to afford. Providing good service is not optional — it’s a core part of their responsibility and what they are paid to do. While I did proceed with buying a bottle of perfume, this experience left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered this kind of attitude at your stores — I had a similar experience at your St. Luke’s Mall location. It’s disappointing to see this pattern of behavior, as it reflects poorly on the brand and undermines customer trust. On the same day, I also visited Mecca, and the difference was remarkable. Their staff greeted us warmly, allowed us to explore and test the perfumes freely, and offered help in a genuinely friendly manner. That is what true customer service looks like — professional, inclusive, and customer-focused. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns through better staff training and supervision. Customers should feel valued and respected the moment they walk into your store — not judged or overlooked.

Good friendly service. Some staff need to learn what you guys actually sell. As I was told their was a certain product and then another worker said they don't stock it. Another of help on hand. Prices for products are a bit high. Security makes you feel like you stole stuff based on what your wearing. Very upset about that.
Everything you'd expect for a Farmers store in a large mall. Great cosmetics and beauty area with helpful staff. Most departments are well stocked, and organised. Staff are very helpful, but menswear does not stock plus sized clothing.
Have been visiting various farmers stores over years, but this new store visited first time. It was a very pleasant experience. Wider aisles, bright and organized layout makes it easy to find things quickly. Staff are very helpful.
