   I went for my first time and they were so helpful. They really made sure I knew what my options were, allowed me to check out the products I was looking at, and helped me feel comfortable. Nadeem went the extra mile for me, and made sure I got my first time discount. They were having a great sale and prices were fantastic. I will be going there again.

   The website does not tell you that click and collect will take a week. If you go into the store and ask if you can select of the shelf and pay the difference instead they won't let you and provide zero solutions if you need the items urgently.

   It's our first time buying at mountain warehouse albany and not very happy Fhey over charged us where they advertised they had specials we paid the original price when my husband went back yesterday he had to pay again for the same items to get te discounts they will credit us which we swiped our card for but still waiting for this amount Please note not everyone has $1800 just to swipe for now We still wait for our $900 to be paid back to us and this was our holiday money which we are leaving for tomorrow Guess what tomorrow is a public holiday as well so not sure if we are going to see that money back by tomorrow To make such bad mistacke is really terrible bad experience will never buy from your store again

   Went in to the albany branch to last minute the day before Matariki to try find some wet weather gear and despite not having it in that particular store the gentleman i spoke with (browing I believe his name was) was incredibly helpful and very friendly, I would highly recommend coming to this branch and I will definitely be returning, absolutely top notch service

   To manager, or owner. If you say "sorry for coming to the store twice because our staff missed another box. Please wait here.", I would have waited happily. Instead, you arrogantly throws a word. "name." and walk away. Just a little kind words would have been nice. Even like "name, PLEASE."
