You website information is misleading. It says lamb leg 15.99/kg, I went there no stock available. Found 2 pack of lamb leg bone in cost $25.99. Take down the false information or take down the whole website!!
It's ok same products elsewhere are cheaper. Shop is neat, clean well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful
Not much of stocks. Expensive compare to stores nearby. Staff don’t greet customers. Idk but the atmosphere here in Botany isn’t like in other NW. I wont buy here again.
I seldom go to this supermarket though I went today, I Checked out at counter around 8.30pm and felt the counter cashier was not so friendly. This part of the reason why I always go to pak n save (apart from prices) , it is because the cashiers at pak n save are more professional train and gives me comfortable feeling.
New World Botany is our favourite supermarket in Botany. My husband and I always do our grocery shopping there because New World Botany is very clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Karen who always helps customers pack their grocery nice and tidy in our recycled bags. She always greets customers and has a friendly chat with them too. There are lots of parking space at Botany Town Centre near Flight Centre. Lots of mobility parking lots are available for those who have mobility permit. We highly recommend you to go there and do your grocery shopping if you live in Botany or East Auckland.
New world Botany has alright service and average prices for things. Fair amount of space between the aisles. Great deals and products on the shelves are clean and tidy.
Shopped their after a while and found that their products are very fresh and well stocked compared to other supermarkets I shop at. Staff are friendly and attentive.
I ordered a click and collect on sale items. Online said everything was in stock then the next morning I received a email saying they can only fulfil 2/10 items. I called their online customer service team who kindly arranged a refund. Checking my bank statements I realised they took a service fee from when I placed the order and another service fee from me calling to arrange a refund so basically I spent money on absolutely nothing. But Do better New World! I would rather know when placing my order if an item is in stock or not. This wasted my time and money. I will not be doing a online order again after this experience
Found all my gluten free stuff easy. Wish there was gluten free lasagna pasta/sheets so I don't have to travel elsewhere
$6.99 /kg grapes. I know it’s on sale, but I could believe the quality is like this!! See the photos. It’s interesting, the ones on the top looks great, but half of the bag at the bottom is like the photos. They might keep the bag ones as it is in the bag, and put some fresh ones at the top! I m planning to return it tomorrow. Don’t know if the store will refund or not, but I’m so mad at them selling these rubbish to customers.
