   Kia Ora, just wanted to leave a 10 STAR review for a beautiful Tongan women named Taila she has such incredible customer service and her kindness radiates from her. When I first met her she was wearing a beautiful Kiekie (traditional Tongan clothes) for the week of the language, while assisting me in what to gift my partner she educated me on all of the things she learnt while barbering. The experience felt so personal and her connection felt so sincere it was like making a true friend. Will 100% be back again.

   Visited to buy a new belt. There were a range of belts available. Purchased the chisel "industrial" option, in the hope that it would last longer than the "coated leather" option purchased previously. This had cracked badly, and the buckle broke within a relatively short timeframe

   Everytime I step near make up and beauty products, I will be followed around by the staff member with the name tag 'Kay' so it makes me conscious to browse last time I was in here I asked her to let me shop please I'm fine she was very rude and still proceed to follow me around the store. So I have decided to shop elsewhere . Other staff members are cool and very helpful.

   Very rude staff and manager. We went to see Duvet cover at first staff did not attend us and then when we approach to manager she was so rude and shouting on us. Not recommended to visit that store.

   After buying the jacket yesterday, I didn't like it, so I wanted a refund, but the manager told me to take it as a voucher or as a purchased item, and treated me very unkindly. I don't want to go again in the future (not recommended for everyone including my family).

   Watch out for the manager here, running some sort of red dot sale scam where whole sections clearly labeled red dot 50% off will have about half the items only be 20% with no red dot, probably hoping for people to not notice. Normally quite good here.
