   The service here is just terrible. The staff act like they’re doing you a favour instead of helping you. They never listen properly and have zero patience. If you ask about frames or lens options, they just say “we don’t have it” without even checking. They really need to hire new staff with a better attitude and some respect for customers’ time. Honestly, such a disappointing experience.

   My experience at Glassons was absolute wonderful. Customer service was top tier 10/10, her name was Isa. She helped me feel comfortable and pointed out what kind of material and colour suited me best, as I am kind of a big gurl. She needs a payrise asap. Would definitely come back.

   I was looking for a particular size in track pants which were on a table opposite the counter. There were only 2 customers in store. A young girl with slicked back dark hair with glasses was behind counter. I asked her if she had any XS as I was looking through all the piles. She replied and said they should be there (didn’t help me look or come over to me) . So I carried in looking through all the pile of track pants (she still didn’t come help me). I couldn’t find any so I went up to her and said I couldn’t find any and I asked you? So I asked if she could go look for me as I originally asked her to do. She snarked at me and said something under breath as she walked off to back room! Very disappointing service will not be returning to there.

   One star because I can't give 0. I bought a top on sale and I then found out that it didnt fit. Later the manager at the manukau branch refused to refund it and was extremely rude. Even though it was being returned with a receipt and had been unworn with the tag because it was a sale item.

   Went a few weeks ago to the manukau mall branch and customer service from the staff was amazing especially from Berna. I Went back in today and again she was working and was so lovely and helpful! She went above and beyond for me a few months back and today and i really appreciated her help! Defintley coming back :)

   This is a really cost effective women’s clothing store and it’s a great place for anyone to pick up your basic staple wardrobe pieces at a great price. It’s a smart idea to mix these with your investment wardrobe items for a stylish look
