   I arrived at this shop Wednesday the 10th September 2025 at 11am Not open with a sign on door back later around 11.30 So after trying to find a park and paying for it. This is what you get. Lack of staff. May as well close this store down also. I won't be back for more disappointment.

   Amazing service and genuine interest from the ladies here. They hosted an ultra runner from the states one evening in Feb and was great to have a Q&A session and run group. It’s so good to have local companies doing something different and being more involved.

   Went in to buy some shoes I wanted. Guy kindly put some aside from when I had called up. When I went in no one spoke to me I just waited for them to finish their conversation. Finally asked for the shoes I was after then tried them on and had a walk around, no one followed up to check on me also other customers had come into the quiet shop and weren’t even greeted.. cmonnnn guys… Not just that but the lady was on her phone to busy to talk to me. No service, no customer importance and also no music or atmosphere in the shop. Luckily I already knew what I wanted otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten anything. Hate complaining but had to say something..

   Been hunting for a decent pair of shoes and found the moab 3 mid prime. 100% recommend for everything, comfort, grip, style, fit. Get some moabs and don't look back from this friendly team!

   Was out at the Onehunga Merrell Store and found the shoes I like but they did not have them in the colour I wanted. The girl at the store looked up on the computer and said that the Takapuna store had the colour and the size . I asked if they were the same price as the Onehunga store and she said yes. Went out to Takapuna store and yes they had them but $60 more than the Onehunga store. When i explained to the person that the Onehunga person told me they were the same price, she just lost interested made no effect and her attitude was take them or not. I just walked out the store

   Went to get some jungle mocs and they had exactly what I wanted. Quick transaction except they were happy to chat which is nice. They have free parking round the back and plenty of other shoes too.
