   Hi team, I am a regular Forever New customer and shop often. I had two uncomfortable experiences at the Sylvia Park store involving the store manager, I’m pretty sure his name is John. On Saturday last week I visited with my daughter and husband. I asked about a dress I had called about and he kept repeating “it is in the changing room” while making faces that felt dismissive. It was not helpful. Yesterday I was browsing the petite section. I did not ask him anything. He came over and stood there watching me. He was not tidying racks, helping someone else, or doing any visible task. He simply stood and observed me. This made me feel awkward and unwelcome, as if I was being suspected of something. I felt so uncomfortable that I moved to another section. As a loyal customer who spends regularly, I do not expect to feel small or monitored while browsing. I was surprised to learn he is the store manager. Please coach him on welcoming body language, proactive and respectful service, and how to make customers feel at ease. I love the brand and usually enjoy shopping with you, but I will consider visiting other branches or shopping online unless the service at Sylvia Park improves. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so customers feel supported and respected in your store. Thanks Sweta

   Forever New Sylvia Park, I always love shopping here. Fantastic staff and a great collection. Recently, I bought a dress online and sadly, it didn't fit the size. I walked into the store for an exchange, and because of isolation, there was a little delay for it. I was approached and helped by Isabella. She was so helpful in finding the solution, and the whole process went smoothly. Absolutely appreciate the customer service she provided me; stunning person. I will keep coming back and enjoy the shopping time with you guys.

   Shop has some excellent collection for ladies but it's bit expensive. Also most of the small and petite cloths and very few big size cloths. Looks for a section that have cloths on sale and you'll be lucky to find something really good for cheap price.
