   The staff were disrespectful, even at the checkout counter. They pointed and talked about customers, which is a very poor and uncomfortable gesture. Throughout the entire shopping experience, they followed us closely, making it feel as though we were being watched for theft. They constantly rushed to take clothes from our hands to the trial room, and even when I simply picked a dress from the rack to check it in the mirror, a staff member immediately tried to take it away to the fitting room. The constant chasing made the experience very unpleasant.

   Very poor online shopping and customer service. I purchased a dress online and 5 working days later I hadnt even received a tracking number. I called the customer service number multiple times over 2 days, no answer. I sent 2 messages online and finally tracking appeared in my inbox, but no response to my message. It's now 8 days since I made the purchase and although I have a tracking number it has "no information ". I am non the wiser about my purchase.

   Lovely clothes and items, Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with the staff. The store manager was rude and made me feel unwelcome, I was trying to browse through the clothes ( I had intentions of treating myself while in AKL for the day) she asked me to move out of the way to put clothes away and it seemed like I was a nuisance being in her shop, most other places I have been they will wait until you finish browsing or work in a different section until you have moved. I'm not sure if it was maybe because I was shopping in active wear and didn't fit the "Newmarket aesthetic" or what the problem was but I decided to leave without purchasing anything at all.

   Manager and staff acted very rude and judgmental with me today. You don’t act with customers like this, we like the brand, yes, but this attitude is not going to take you anywhere. This is to the manager, you have so much disrespect for customers and i hope you get your work ethics reviewed.

   I absolutely adore this store. The staff are fantastic and always make sure you are looked after. I was determined to find a dress for an event I had and searched everywhere. I walked into flo and Frankie and Val helped me find THE dress. She is amazing!

   Shocking service and rude manager! Makes me never want to shop here. the manager acted as if they are doing me a favour. We explicitly mentioned the item we were purchasing was a gift and they never told us we could not return it, could not see any visibly signage in store that tells you you cant return for a refund or what their return policy is and then the staff blame you saying its on your receipt AFTER you have already purchased the item! Hoping customer care contacts us because this is not on, money down the drain. We are stuck with credit to use and unfortunately we dont even want to walk into the store to use it based on the service standards. Feel very judged shopping there and don't want to go back
