Excellent customer skills and multiple options in affordable prices. Manal at the Mt. Wellington store is amazing and provides great customer service. Loved our shopping experience. We are coming to this place for past 8 years.
I had an unpleasant experience with a young lady named Myra at the Mount Wellington store. When I called for advice on a product, her tone came across as unwelcoming and unhelpful. I asked to speak with her manager to address this concern. I hope this feedback reaches the management team so they can provide additional customer service training for their staff.

Terrible experience with baby online, their products do not last do not buy their prams. The customer care is terrible. They refuse to refund regardless of the warranty and even when you go to take it further they don't refund you the full amount. Take your money elsewhere.
They are worst people we ever dealt with. Selling so many parts of wardrobe without proper explanations and manual. Do not buy from them at all. I will be making court case against them. The delivered pieces are all damaged. Infact the from on the wardrobe too. Lucky I did not built it yet. I called the lady and she hanged up on me without answering. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

They only contact you when it is in their interest. I have a broken item and being just ignored after some initial response from babyonline. Last I heard of them is 10 days ago. Very poor service!
Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a XXL size nappy. They send me the wrong size. Took photos and asked to solve the issue. Told me I have to wait for their inspection and investigation. The representative hung up three times. Mums and dads, please if you have another place to buy nappy, it would be better than this place. Horrible experience! …. They sent me a email and asked me to print out a return ticket, (I don’t have a printer at home). Once they received the return product they then can refund or exchange Just to save your time I suggest DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
