She offered to have another look just incase. She insisted although she didn’t have to. To my surprise she came back after a few minutes and handed me the tee which was perfect. “Exceptional Service! One staff member truly stood out during my visit last week — I believe his name is Willis. I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role. Later, I saw him again, clearing boxes and picking up items that had fallen from shelves. And then again as I was checking out he was their assisting customers.
