“You look fore something special, this place is special. The location inside the Beehive is superb. The flair is just delightful, and then there is the food. The set menu was very, very nice. The flavors superb, the freshness and the combination of textures first class. This place is a notch better than the Logan Brown where it belongs to. And I do not know if I have found a better place in New Zealand so far. I will come back, for sure.”
“Fabulous tasty food and plenty of it. 5 people and we shared all the food and it was great. Served on lovely plates and looked and tasted amazing. The staff did a great job of explaining the menu to us and what each dish came with and entailed. We had to attend an event and the food came in great time. The cocktails were also great and the wine list was good. only issue was they didn't sell bubbles by the glass so we just had to buy a bottle and that was superb. We didn't have room for any dessert which was a shame as they sounded amazing. we will be back”
“Absolutely amazing Iskendar. The Syrian Shawarma is also very tasty. Great restaurant for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine!”
“Amazing food and atmosphere. Hannah our waitress went above and beyond. All the staff were so friendly, and the food just kept coming and coming”
“Kisa in Wellington was an absolute delight — every dish felt fresh, light, and wonderfully authentic. The menu offered a perfect mix of vibrant veggies and flavorful meats, made for sharing and savoring. The atmosphere had that rare warmth that makes you want to stay just a little longer, and the service was attentive, genuine, and kind. Perfect for a long lunch or an easygoing dinner — highly recommend.”
“Nice place. Great atmosphere even if was a little cold for us. The food really tasty. Completely recommend try the puddings.”
“This place fulfilled my raging cravings for sushi and also do an impressive variety of hot dishes such as chicken katsu curry. The venue is super cute, tucked into Mahara Place and it warmed my heart to see they also sell mochi and bubble tea. Next time I will visit earlier in the day to capture all the varieties of sushi they have on offer, as I was quite late and a lot of things were understandably sold out. This place deserves 5 stars and regular business.”
“amazing food! Beef is melt in your mouth. Roti is good. Kampung nasi goreng is large portion and nice. Friendly staff and chef. Anytime if you don’t know what to eat , you can come here!”
“Brilliant choice of cocktails. Cosy, speakeasy vibe. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely charming. We asked for several cocktails not on the menu, and boy, did they deliver.”
“Absolutely one of the best hot pot experiences I’ve had! The food was incredibly fresh, with a great variety to choose from, and the prices were unbelievable. I went with my family of six, and we were all able to eat our fill for under $200—a fantastic deal! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the sauce station was clean and well-stocked. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hot pot meal.”
“This is by far the best sushi on the Kapiti Coast . Fresh, clean, well priced, and so so flavoursome. It was such a rare delight to find this sushi place with such a high standard of quality best of all it’s locally owned and operated.”

“Awesome place! Really friendly service, the decor was really cool and the milkshakes were fun and yum! Highly recommend checking this place out!”
“It was our first visit and will definitely be back! Very lovely owners who are happy to have a chat and the style/character of the cafe completes the package. Food is fantastic and service is quick. Lots of cabinet food choices available as well as menu options. Street parking is plenty so you’ll never end up having to lap around the streets looking for one. They do close later in the afternoon and are closed only on Tuesdays so it’s a rare chance to miss out on that sneaky late afternoon coffee/snack.”
“The best doner kebabs in NZ! Authentic Turkish product & great service, as well as tasting fantastic. Not the cheapest around but I'll always recommend Zara's to friends”

Rice, biscuits jams, pickles, cordials, sauces for a Sri Lankan taste. They have Sri Lankan sweetmeats during the April New year festival and Christmas & New year period. They have great roasted curry powder and other authentic spices. Great asian supermarket to buy snacks and groceries. They have ready to eat frozen Sri Lankan sweetmeats and breakfast and snack items. And natural fruit juices like wood apple and elephant house soft drinks. They have ready to eat chillies paste, brinjal, sambol, chutneys and pickles. They even have clay pots and religious items and statues. you can buy rice and grains and Sri Lankan spices like roasted curry powder. It's in the heart of the city with plenty of parking and close to the Mall.”
