“Big shout out to the great staff (especially Jordan) at Havana Coffee Works for helping me find a new filter and seal for my extremely ancient (but very good) stove-top espresso machine. Thanks for all the suggestions - I did finally find the right sized seal and am enjoying my morning coffee again. We've been getting our coffee on subscription from Havana since 2020 and the service is brilliant. Thanks!”

“Their bread base is the best I've had in years. Reminds me of the authentic tastes we've had in Dubai n Europe. Just a bit more of the meats in the filling should make this the best Kebab wrap in NZ. Best wishes and keep the quality and price going. Customers will flood your bakery store.”

The menu offered a perfect mix of vibrant veggies and flavorful meats, made for sharing and savoring. The atmosphere had that rare warmth that makes you want to stay just a little longer, and the service was attentive, genuine, and kind. Perfect for a long lunch or an easygoing dinner — highly recommend.”

The service was quick and great and they were able to accomodate my dietary needs without any issues and they added more food to compensate for the substitutes I had to make. We really enjoyed the experience.”

“Just want to write a review to shout out just how amazing the food and service was at Martha's Pantry! We were a party of 9, doing a surprise bridal shower high tea for a friend. Martha's Pantry happily and thoughtfully accommodated our little particular requests. One of our party was Diary-Free and Gluten-Free, but for particular flours. The chef reviewed the list of what flours she can and cannot have, and very kindly was able to adapt the high tea for her. The guest had a great time and was so stoked that she was able to enjoy a high tea experience as that doesn't happen very often. So thank you Martha's Pantry team for making it an awesome afternoon for us!”

“Fantastic and masterful! If you are looking for a unique, plant-forward dining experience, Hillside Kitchen is a must-visit. My husband and I enjoyed the ten-course (Menu B) tasting menu and non-alcoholic pairing. Every plate was beautifully presented, creative, and designed with thoughtful and perfectly curated flavor combinations. As a vegetarian, we truly appreciated how vegetables were showcased in such a celebratory and exciting way—each dish was a work of art, both visually and in taste. Beyond the food, the experience was fun and engaging. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate, taking the time to explain each dish, which made the meal even more intimate. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere added to the overall vibe. The experience felt special, yet relaxed. I highly recommend treating yourself and your favorite humans to Hillside Kitchen!”

“Designed mainly as a takeaway or eat and go place. There are some tables to but not many as the place is quite small. Coffees are reasonably priced below average at $3.50 a cup (standard price is usually around the $5 mark) which attracts some regulars that work nearby. Scones and pastry looks delicious but sell out fast- didn’t have a chance to try by the time I reached the counter lol. Coffee is good quality. Service is brisk and friendly. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend checking it out :)”

“I recently visited Extra Extracafe and was genuinely impressed. The coffee was rich and flavorful, brewed to perfection, and the food was equally delightful—fresh, well-prepared, and full of taste. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made the experience even better with their friendly and attentive service. A great spot for both a quick coffee break and a relaxed meal. Highly recommended!”
