   Ordered take away flat white and waited 10 min. It was busy but no staff seem to care. Finally someone comes in to make coffee looked very unpleasant and stated to pour the milk the espresso was sitting there for a while. I had to stop her to pour it questioning coffee doesn't look fresh. She made a new drip then and drop the coffee to me saying ‘there you go’. I felt guilty asking her something i shouldn't have. Working on a holiday sucks but it made my holiday worse.

   The venue was bustling with customers, all eager to sample the renowned, award-winning gelato. However, I found the quality to be fairly average; it did not exceed my expectations or offer anything particularly unique. While it is certainly worth trying, I would not categorize it as an essential experience.

   A great place for coffee and ice cream, be it winter or summer. Single adult scoop is huge and well worth the treat. Lots of flavour options to choose from and ample seating available. Parking is plenty but does get busy in the evenings and weekends.

   Lovely young girl served me on the morning of the 6/6/23. While in a rush making and serving coffees, she still had the time to hold a meaningful conversation with me and give me advice. Excellent hot chocolate as well. Kept my mood up during the drizzly Wellington weather. Kudos to you.

   Excellent cafe :) great staff, nice food and lovely ambiance. They’re popular for their award winning ice creams but we only had the coffee and carrot cake and both were perfect. My partner accidentally left his wallet behind and fortunately, the staff had safely kept it aside for us. Highly recommended and definitely will come back as they open later than other coffee spots!

   Great ice-cream Cafe, the raspberry and chocolate sorbet was decadent and the staff were very nice and courteous. Since the ice-cream Cafe is German themed I was hoping that they served spaghetti eis, but I hope this is something that could be done in future.
