   Stunning. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take in all the gardens but loved what I did see. Had brunch at the cafe which was lovely. Great service and friendly staff. The meal I ordered was very nice. If you are visiting the gardens allow plenty of time. I'll definitely go back.

   The garden featured a stunning display of healthy, blooming roses in a variety of vibrant colours. There was a charming little fountain, some friendly ducks waddling about :) and a lovely greenhouse to explore. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment in nature.

   Great variety of Rose. Some were amazing to smell. Would have loved to see some sort of plaque describing what and how they got there. All we could do was smell them and read their name if visible on a tiny stick on the ground. The coffee not so good as wellington is supposed to be coffee capital of New Zealand.
