Stumbled across Burger Liquor and definately was not disappointed. Best Burgers in NZ. Even better than in Australia. (Yes, I said it) Big burgers with the most flavourful patties ive ever had. Topped off with the fat fries you can't go wrong. Great beers, great food and even better service.
This is a good place and on a weekday lunch the place was empty. Attentive service and food took about 10 mins. We had lunch deal so 5+ dollars for a glass of coke with small fries.. (hmmm okish) Smokey burger was juicy and a little crispy. However at 19.9$!! I think there are better burger shops out there. Same with single Bernie 17.9$ Definitely worth trying. They have other things in the menu which I will try next time.
One of the best (if not THE best) burger I've had in Wellington! And I've tried many. Also, ordering a fully plant-based option is super easy. They even have vegan milkshakes! Fully recommend it. I will keep coming back.
We went here for a work lunch and the customer service was great. The team was very accommodating — we had preordered our meals and everything was ready right on time. The only hiccup was that our lunch was initially overcharged, but the staff were apologetic and quickly refunded the cost once it was pointed out. Overall, a good experience with attentive service — and their Schnitz Bowl was definitely the highlight!
Walked in on a Saturday night with 4 adults and 2 children with luck that a table was free for us as we hadn't reserved one. We ordered the following burgers and loved every single meal: Smokey, chicken, double standard, standard, Bernie and the Welly on a plate burger Town country. Amazing!!! The service was very friendly and efficient. Thank you
Scrumptious. You can make every burger vegitarian which is great and the chips are so good and the brownie sunday is delectable.
Photo is WOAP burger, though I have been many times. Food and service is always great and I enjoy the 90s hip hop music. Definitely worth checking out.
