“I took my daughter's car down for WOF the other day. First time. Very practical, rather than picky, with only a few small repairs itemised that really needed doing anyway. I plan to bring my own cars here, and have directed my other daughter their way to get her WOF done tomorrow.”

“I just fitted a Hilux battery that I received on warranty from TBS, and I have to say, the manager, Annie, after some initial skeptism about the batteries origin, presumably because of the staff member out back who eyeballed me as if I was about to pick his pocket. Anyhow, they gave me another battery to suit my old Hilux. I found the manager friendly, fair, and helpful. I have bought 5 batteries now from TBS and would recommend them again, but take a photo of your new battery with the receipt on top before you leave. As a frequent reviewer who has a following I would have got them some bad press, but everything came good. The important thing is they made it right on the warranty and sorted it out, so a big thank you from me to the TBS managers. Its the putting right that counts!”

“Haven't had.much experience with wreckers but these guys were more helpful than I could have imagined. They knew exactly what I needed and how to help. I was genuinely surprised at how cheap it was too.”

“Room was clean and good sized. They took a deposit but I had never stayed there before and given it's proximity to the stadium they probably have some rowdy guests so the policy is understandable. Nice bathroom. I wanted a budget room and got it. I would stay there again. Five stars because anything less is considered derogatory.”

“We chose this store to eat at because the interior along with the advertisement of the menu was very eye catching! The service was excellent! We were greeted and looked after, the lovely man that served us had an amazing aura about him that made our experience very worth while! Not only was the feel of the shop wonderful, the customer service great but the food its self was amazing!!! Fresh tasty food that is worth every dollar spent! I would recommend to mix the lamb and chicken together for the meat on chips rather than having them separated otherwise still a great flavourful dish! The portions were also just right, so good the food tired us out and were ready for bed hahah.. So good it’s becoming a regular! Over all 10/10 and I no doubt highly recommend! Can’t wait to try more of the menu, we’ll done Takanini kebab and fried chicken :))”

“The prices for parts here are incredible! They have an amazing system for salvaging old cars and repurposing perfectly good parts. The turnaround time is just one hour, and the prices are exceptionally low. A huge shout-out to Jameel for his excellent service. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of speed, quality, and affordability in the parts industry. Highly recommended for anyone needing top-notch parts at a great value!”

“Umesh was great to deal with, they are obviously very popular as they seem to have a lot of cars in at a time and are very knowledgeable. Very quick response to emails. Diagnosed the car quite quickly but couldn’t find the fault - reffed us to a trusted specialist. Was great about leaving my car outside on their premises as I could not pick it up until the weekend. Really appreciated he took the time to call me a week later to follow up all was ok with the referral and see if everything was ok. Would recommend to others.”

“A very convenient location opposite Gate Pa shopping center in Tauranga, the staff was really helpful, and friendly. They even went to the extent of accommodating my son for no extra cost even though his booking wasn't there, as he turned up last minute to attend the Jazz festival. The place is a bit old, but the location is just so convenient. Would definitely stay there again..”

Went above and beyond for us when I lost my wallet and truly gave MANAAKITANGA that is rare in congested tourist places. Location was amazing, rooms were spacious. “Went in for a WOF, was in and out in 20 mins! Quick, Professional and Friendly. If your getting a WOF, try to aim for an earlier part of the day as it can get quite busy!”

“Awesome diesel mechanic. Went to these guys with a leaking diesel pump, they gave me a price over the phone and after calling a couple of others who gave wildly different prices but all estimates. I went to these guys. Dropped it off Monday arvo and had the van back Wednesday !. They stuck to the price and even did a couple of other bit free of charge. The guys even gave me a full run through of the work and showed me how it had failed. For me, someone who normally does there own work this was reassuring and geez he knows his stuff. Really honest guys and would not hesitate to go back or recommend them to anyone else. Five stars and thanks.”
