Went to purchase wiper motor he said $100 give him 100 he went to grab it didn’t come 5 minutes later I asked I don’t need it he refunded me 50 said you returning the product when actually he even did not handed over to me first place where is refund charge absolute rip off Dodgy organisation do not go there never pay him first

I was told that the engine will be ready for me to pickup the next day drove from whangarei the next day to be told I have to come back the following day because it's not ready to be picked up muck around fellas useless!!!!! Also Ahmad won't refund $1000 the money I made for a deposit for the engine I no longer want or have in my possession ripoff
!!!Worse experience ever!!! I drove from Hamilton to pickup a part that was already sold. I recommend to stay clear of this place they are the worse buisness I have ever dealt with even a worker there told me this happens alot.
Terrible business. Called for a price and part availability. Said he would check and call back. Never called back as he was “always busy”. Called back 5 times for same thing and same response each time. Then agreed to let me come and remove part myself. So I drive an hour to come and remove the part myself. I show up and he changes his mind and prices the item at brand new retail. And won’t even let me check the part before I give him money. Don’t was your time. Terrible business management. Guy is an Asshat!! Edit: Furthermore, his response below isn’t even about me… I didn’t purchase anything from him at all since he was a rude asshat. I wanted to buy an SRS module for a 2004 Land Rover. This shows that he has issues with most of his customers. Surprised he makes any money at all. Again, would not recommend. Ended up going else where and paying less than half the price that he wanted for the same part.
Highly do not recommend. Super dodgy and rude service. Was told to pay the full amount and to pick the part the following week. Just a waste of time place
To pass my wof i found myself in a need to replace my left front headlight at my Toyota Hiace van. I saw an A-Z ad for spare parts on FB market and asked a few question about availibility. The staff was kinda fast to reply and answer my questions and sent me where and when can I pick up the part. I came for the part and the staff was very friendly. One of the staff employes found the part i was looking for and as I saw him taking the part from the wreck I even asked him to change the part on my van for me. He did it skillfuly and in a very effective manner. I didnt mind paying for the labor and in the end I picked up even one more part. Wasn’t the cheapest option I guess but I would end up paying more through dealerships for sure so me and my GF are very happy with the service provided. Recommend if you are looking for some specific part and want them “fast”. + communication + open even during time when others are not + skilful staff + huge range of parts - can pay only Eftpos or cash +/- price of parts
