The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

The place was beautifully cleaned up before our night started and our kids food boxes were ready when we needed them. “Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one.
