   I usually have a great experience at chemist warehouse in Dunedin, but unfortunately yesterday when I went it was awful. So many testers were empty, gross looking and products were understocked (particularly makeup) A few months ago I would go quite often and I would usually find a lot of products, but in recent months it has gotten to the point where they're not stocking nor replacing testers. Everything is quite difficult to find, and staff are barely around and if they are, they are busy. Ads are constantly blaring around the store, and the amount of ads I was hearing at once was incredibly overwhelming. I am incredibly disappointed in this place.

   I spent time with Lilia this morning as she helped me search for new perfumes and Christmas gifts for my family, she was incredibly helpful and was the most friendly salesperson. She went above and beyond and was so patient, she seemed genuinely interested in helping me find new perfumes and I couldn't have been more happy with my purchases! Thank you Lilia ☺️

   I had a very disappointing experience at this Chemist Warehouse. Instead of treating me like a customer, the staff and security acted as if they were police, dragging people out of the store and giving unnecessary power to security guards. This is not how customers should be treated. If you want to be respected as a customer, I recommend going to Antidote Pharmacy, next to their shop, where the service is much friendlier and professional.

   I overheard a security guard today berating some school girls simply because one of them sprayed a hair product to try it. He was being very intimidating standing very close over them, tried convincing them to for pay it, asked the girl in question to come with him to a secluded area of the building? I hardly thought that was appropriate considering shoplifting wasn’t the concern, the girls were very respectful in explaining their case. Turns out he was mistaken, the product was locked so they couldn’t have used it. I was disgusted.

   I felt intimidated by the security guard who always watches me every time I come into the store even when I’m just browsing. He specifically comes up to me to see and asked what I’m doing, even when I’m just about to check out. It’s really not a nice feeling. Meanwhile, the mall security outside are very friendly and always smile, which feels much more humble and welcoming. Will not coming back

   So disappointed in the Dunedin Chemist Warehouse. Buyer beware, if you purchase the wrong product in error and go back with the receipt to exchange for the correct product, they will not do this. It took explaining to 3x managers before they reluctantly agreed. Not the best customer service. toreluctanreVery reluctanreVery poor customer service.

   This place sells so much stuff. Unlike some other chemists, the aisles clearly indicate what is in them which saves a lot of time, especially when you are getting used to the layout. Some items are really good buys while others can be found cheaper elsewhere, but they do have to make money somehow. Staff were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products we looked at. Overall I had a very good experience and will be making future visits.

   What a beautifully laid out store. Long awaited by Dunedin people. However, please teach your staff to smile and be welcoming to your customers. I went in Friday 31 March for my first visit. I walked past a young girl on door duty repeatedly yawning. Two other staff I walked past offered no friendly smile, greeting, or offer of help. Their lack of service made my visit short and without purchasing anything. I had the pleasure of exiting past the door girl who was still yawning as I left. Maybe you could change her job title to fly catcher?
