    Do Not support them. Signing up for Franchise with them is a wrong decision that you gonna regret. Its gonna be hard to sell your business once you decided to get away from them. There is no Guaranteed weekly income that they gonna pay you while building up your clients . They just not gonna charge you Royalty fees while you haven't making the promised income yet. Very likely that a new franchisee will start without a clientle list from day one and will build your business up rather than help their current franchisee to sold his business who wants to exit. More franchees, more paying slaves they have. Also note that a franchisee is not allowed to talk about G.A or critise Green Acres and its officials. They gonna get whipped by doing so like a slave. I mean punished. Get opinions from others. Most inquiry in Facebook post always ask. How much is Franchise fee per week? Please also add to ask the Mandatory Brand Levy, madatory Rothburry insurance, Technology fee, phone plan weekly fees. Look at the articles from stuff.com of some of their franchees.

    Every franchisee should stop paying GA immediately, regardless of whether you have enough income. This is the only opportunity to get rid of that contract. Some people are already fighting with GA, so don't keep silent, don't be a slave to GA, let more people know about GA's greed and violence. The biggest trap in the GA contract is that once franchisee signs, he immediately owes GA a 25-year franchise fee of 300,000 dollars!!!

    This business deserves a zero for poor service that leads nowhere and an app that gives you all your booking options and charges your visa card in advance, and thats about it. You'd think that they'd be decent enough to send someone to do the job asap considering they were quick to charge your visacard? But no. You actually end up having to follow up a gazillion times and then be told you have to wait for head office to get back to you. They dont even get back to you according to my experience. As of now Im still waiting for someone to call me back and my lawns are still waiting to be mowed. Absolutely ridiculous and frustratingly annoying!!

    I tried to book someone to come out and do my lawns. The website was down. Called through and was told I'd receive a quote via email. I still haven't received anything. The next week the website was working so I made a booking and paid for it. I got an email later that day saying they wouldn't be able to do the lawns at the time we booked and that they would come out the next day. The next day no one came out. I've emailed them and had no response. I called their contact center who said all they do is make bookings but cant deal with issues and that they will pass on callback details to head office. This company literally invested more in taking your money than providing any semblance of customer service. Their only job is to mow the lawns and they cant even seem to do that.
